If they didn't ask you to limit the traffic, I prefer to use the policy
routing.

route-map 123 permit 10
  match ip access 1
  set prec 4

route-map 123 permit 10

interface GigabitEthernet0/0
 ip policy route-map 123

And the prec 4 is same as CS4.
