2511 Local Timeout Error

Hi group,

I've searched high and low for a working solution to this problem that just struck me. I'm couple of months away from my lab, and my 2511 is splurting out the following error:

System Bootstrap, Version 11.0(10c), SOFTWARE
Copyright (c) 1986-1996 by cisco Systems
2500 processor with 14336 Kbytes of main memory
Local Timeout (control reg=0x118) Error, address: 0x2100381 at 0x1085646 (PC

I've tried to swap roms, flash (with a different version of IOS loaded), memory - it is still the same. I found that sometimes it works, sometimes not. I just replaced the flash, DRAM & the rom & it booted up ok. I power it down, power it back up - the same error again.

Really running out of ideas and am in desperation.
