I think you can also use an offsetlist and give the routing updates from
unwanted RIP speakers an offset of 15 which makes them useless for
your routing process.
access-list 1 permit 0.0.0.0
router rip
network 10.0.0.0
offset-list 1 in 15 FastEthernet0/0
