I guess the correct answer is

R4

Interfa s1/1

            Ip summary-address eigrp 10 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

IE Volume II Lab 1

Question 3.8 EIGRP

R4 should send a single route to R5 via EIGRP when the HDLC link is up that
will allow R5 to have full reachability through R4.

R4 should not send any other routes via EIGRP to R5

I suppose the answer should be to send a kind of default route to R5, but
the answer showed by IE is not like that.

IE Answer is:

R4

Route-map OSPF-TO-RIP deny 10

            Match tag 77

Please advice on the real answer
