IMHO I don't think its clever people who pass the lab first time. Some of my
study partners failed and I think they are more knowledgeable than me. It
seems that there is a large element of hard work, some luck and the rest of
it is down to how you are on the day. I failed twice before passing and for
me the problem was the materials I was using and poor mock lab preparation -
not the effort or the motivation. Perhaps you can take a cold hard look at
what you think it is and then change that. Being a little older than most
people I work with I wondered whether I could still do it, sometimes failure
causes doubts to creep in and doubts can cause a road bloack. Don't let that
happen.
Find out why you failed and then fix it, move on and pass. You can do it.
All the best, Pal.
