Being that the message was written by Maurillio Gorito (the lead proctor in
charge of R&S CCIE development) I would feel pretty darned safe in trusting
that message. :)

There was a NetPro (Cisco's forum) QA about MobileIP a while back, and one
of the proctors specifically stated that MobileIP has been removed from the
lab.
