I'd like to see Scott and the Brian's chime in on this. I know the first
parameter is in bytes and the burst is in bits?
To take John's question further using 4mb and burts of 120k and a max burts
of 300k, how would you correctly configure the numbers from bytes to bits?
any math tricks?
