If you have duplicate mappings for a group the Auto-RP
information will be used over the static RP information. You could use
this in a backup situation where if your Auto-RP goes down you want to
fall back to a default static RP. You can also force the router to
choose the statically configured RP if you use the "override" keyword at
the end of the "ip pim rp-address" statement.
