access list

Group,

One of task say 128.7.1.0 and 128.7.22.0 network , access list should not
overlap with any other address and should have only one line.

I don't think it is possible to have access list in one line without
overlapping network.. If I use

access-list 128.7.0.0 0.0.31.255

Is there any solution ?
