Petr,

Thanks for the response, that helps clear a few things up. Just want to
make sure, but you are referencing the match interface or next-hop, in your
last statement, correct? Using the route-map with the distribute-list?

One other thing I am also curious about, the database-filter all command
under the interface is stopping teh ospf database from being sent to the
neighbor on that interface, but the neighbor relationship is still able to
form, correct (I don't have access to a rack at the moment, otherwise I
would try this out myself. I'm going to try it later on, just curious if
you know off-hand).
