It is better to ask yourself, what do you mean by connectivity? Do you mean Layer-2 or Layer-3 connectivity?

When we have Hub-Spoke senario, there can be L2 connectivity between the spokes through Hub but for L3 connectivity you need to use Inverse-ARP or Static Mapppings by usng sopkes IP Addresses mappped to the same DLCI connecting to the HUB.
