Use PPPoFR when there is a need for any PPP feature over frame-relay, short
of multilink. Use Multilink PPPoFR when you need to both bundle links and
provide PPP features.
In my studies, I have dedicated time with PPPoFR and been casually aware the
Multilink PPPoFR exhists, I mean that is what the DocCD is for.

For Example I can create a multilink interface and do the following
interface virtual-template 1
ppp multilink group 1
interface ser0/0
frame-relay interface-dlci <dlci number > ppp Virtual-Template1
