In my humble opinion, I don't know whether it is worth or not.
Proctor will re-grade your test result, but he/she won't say anything
except the pass/fail.
So probably it will be the same result unless new proctor thinks
different way.
So if you are suspicious about some questions you answered, they won't
say anything at all for more detailed discussion with you.
They will only say pass or fail, and shut the door for any further info.
In most case, I think $250 will be gone to CXXXX's pocket.
But if you have $250 for trial, you can try.
That's my 2cents.
