I would agree,

in the last couple months it's seemed like this is
the case. I'm deleting more vendor specific e-mails
every day. I dont mind the occasional one but I do
think it's getting out of hand a bit. I also know
many vendors go to great lengths to set up forums
for their customers and ensure that they ask the
questions there (and they themselves respond there).
I would think that this would be a perfect way to
build a solid relationship with your customers.
