Hi group!
Could hardly sleep. Proctor said after 5 o' clock in the morning the
results should be there. After 4 I woke up. Stayed in bed till 5, counting
the minutes. With my heart pounding I watched the results.
I passed!! Yiiiiiiiihaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
Best advise I got from GS was: take no prisoners! Make absolutely no
assumptions.
Ask the proctor valid questions, he is there to help but offcourse cannot
give away the solutions. Thanks again Erik (if you read this), you have
been very kind with all the questions I had.
Read the exam and make a plan (translate the tasks and pitfalls into your
own personal language). I spent an hour reading and planning everything.
The first hour you are still fresh which is the best time to do all sorts
of thinking and math, etc.. Plan your work and work your plan. It's a bit
scary since everybody around you starts typing. But all the thinkwork you
do in advance is already done, remember that. Afther planning everyhting
things went so fast. I was done at 14:30. Having till 16:35 for checking
evertything.
I have been a silent reader of GS for several years, only the last 3 month
I started posting things and got the best out of this valuable group.
Thanks everybody for your advise!! You all have been very kind in
answering my questions. Maybe some were stupid questions, but remember:
there are no stupid questions, only stupid people! ;-)
Thanks again!!
Cheers,
Koen Zeilstra
