I have no WB. Thefeore only mind explanation.
Once redistribute OSPF to RIP. You don't need redistribute RIP-originated
routes to RIP area. It routes have tag 120. "deny 10" - drop this routes from
redistributing.
But routes orignated in OSPF (tag 110) need to be redistributed to RIP-area.
"permit 20"
