Sami,

no, there is nothing special here. VACL permits any IP traffic, so OSPF
should
be fine.

And besides, you apply vlan access-map to VLAN56 only, that should not
affect any other VLANs. Try debugging ajdacencies and checking system
MTU, as a standard technique :)

Also, double check your VLAN access-map and it's application.

By the way, did you change the ACL from IEEE_STP to someting like
PVST_STP ?:) That's a real fun, some people must have get spanning-tree
loops with that ;)
