Hm,

AFAIR there is no "discard-route" equivalent with bgp. Anyway,
the concept of BGP table is a quite different from RIB, but you may
use

"distance bgp 20 200 255"

to effectively block locally-generated prefixes (aggregates)
from entering RIB.
