Inverse arp does not really depend on network type. By disabling inverse arp
( no frame-relay inverse-arp ) what you achive is that ...The router on
which it is configured will not initiate the inverse-arp !!! But it will
still respond to inverse arp request !!!
Best thing to do in lab is as follows .
1) Shut all the participating FR interfaces before you start configuring IP
Address and do the no-shut once you are done with the configuration
2) Or just clear inverse arp entries on all the routers once you are done
with the FR configuration .
