Exckuding certain addresses in Area range command

Hi Group,

      Could anybody pls explain to me, how can we exclude certain IP ranges
while summarising routes using the area range command in OSPF.

Ex: If I need to summarize 169.10.1.0 - 169.10.15.255 but not include
169.10.7.X , how can I do this using minimum length commands ?

If not possible using area range command , any other means ?
