Sami,
I can't find that section in either vol1/vol2 lab 6 of IEWB-RS v3,
but generally, you may filter based on gateway with RIP in two ways:
1) Apply *extended* access-list with "distribute-list" in
2) Apply "distribute-list gateway"
No access-list required at interface level at all :) It's totally
different matter.
