BGP minimum hold time

Hello group,

One of my workbook tasks required to set the bgp hello time and hold time.

I pressed the question mark at the end of the line just for curiosity.

Rack1R6(config-router)#timers bgp 10 30 ?
  <0-65535> Minimum hold time from neighbor
  <cr>

Rack1R6(config-router)#timers bgp 10 30

I doc CD says nothing about minimum hold time.
What is minimum hold time?
