Just like another poster have said, do the simplest.
Though each person's mileage might be different, but the simplest might be
using the 'network' statements, the next one will be 'redistribute
connected'
If you must do 'redistribute connected' with a 'route-map', then pay CLOSER
attention, because the restrictions defined in the route-map eg:
!
route-map connected loopback0 permit 10
match interface loopback0
!
Have inherited potentials of affecting the reachability of other connected
networks on that router, which have/will been/be advetised into your IGP,
especially if you are doing redistribution between IGPs on that same router.
But, if you have practiced the 'redistribute connected' with route-map and
know how its introduction will affect the dynamics of your pod's routing
table, then you are well ahead of the game.
