But there is no problem at all. I just wanted to see the delay by hop and
noticed this. Even if I had an issue, I am not a customer of the transit ISP
so not sure I would get help

I am thinking it could be a possible "route back" issue. I do think there
is enough there to contact the provider (if you are a customer) and have
them look at it from there point of view. Hard to say at this point.
