OT: GRE/OSPF/VRF tunnels

I am trying to create an ospf VRF through a gre tunnel. I am not using any
bgp. I am using static routes that enable my four router lab to bring up
the gre tunnel. My issue is I cannot create a VRF under a loopback
interface and send that through the tunnel and see it in my vrf routing
table. Any suggestions?
