Hi there Nuno,
Answer to question one is 0.0.1.0, although there is an argument for
0.0.1.255, but if they are all /24, then I'd go with A.
As for Question 2, that's a different matter. There is a massive bit
boundry there and you can't specify only the 111 and 112 in a single
line, you would have to specify some 32 addresses, which may defeat the
object. You could do it in 2 lines you could no problem ;-)
