I'm fortunate enough to have a rack today; so I plugged in your configure.
It worked fine. All three routers formed adjacency. Could you run some
debugs for us?
r1(config-router)#do sh ip os ne
Neighbor ID Pri State Dead Time Address Interface
20.20.2.2 1 FULL/BDR 00:00:35 155.10.3.2
Serial0/0/0
20.20.3.3 1 FULL/DR 00:00:37 155.10.3.3
Serial0/0/0
r2(config-router)#do sh ip os ne
Neighbor ID Pri State Dead Time Address Interface
20.20.1.1 1 FULL/DROTHER 00:00:37 155.10.3.1
Serial0/0/0
20.20.3.3 1 FULL/DR 00:00:32 155.10.3.3
Serial0/0/0
r3(config-router)#do sh ip os ne
Neighbor ID Pri State Dead Time Address Interface
20.20.1.1 1 FULL/DROTHER 00:00:32 155.10.3.1
Serial0/0/0
20.20.2.2 1 FULL/BDR 00:00:35 155.10.3.2
Serial0/0/0
I'm going to mock up some scenerios. My rack won't be available for too
long.
