On the router, where you have configured the 'area xxx stub no-summary' or
the 'area xxx nssa no-summary' command, try to add these command and see if
you will get a default route on the switch......
interface loopback100
ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
!
router ospf 1
network 1.1.1.0 0.0.0.255 area 0
!
Your router must be an ABR for it to be able to generate a default route
into an stub/nssa area.
