Hi Venkatesh,
I am going to my 3rd lab attempt in 11 days.
Just few weeks ago, I realized what you guys meant
"dont presume anything".
Can you validate my experience? What I
experienced is 1 issue I couldn't resolve in my 2nd
failure and I kept trying to figure out a solution
for half a year going through great trouble in
my home lab. And figured out the wording didn't
"generalize" the issue to what I had been trying
to make the "magic" happen. And the troubling
time was actually the time I learned most about
the core topics. Because I tried many pathological
configurations attempting to trick the router into
performing the magic for me during the troubling
time. I thought every CCIE was supposed to make
the magic. In fact, that's not the reality.
I hope I finally figure it out right. And get
my R&S number this time. If I am still not right,
I can't pass the exam this time. But I don't think
I am still wrong.
About DOC CD, I interpret what you said as this,
----------------------------------------------------
If you see a curious issue that is a feature, not in
core, but yet makes you wonder where in the world
you should start, chance is that DOC CD has a match
sitting right there. But you have to have a glance
of the page before. Otherwise you can't find it.
----------------------------------------------------
Thanks if anyone validates my experience.
John
