If you don't use the "use bia", then you will need to configure the
switch to allow 2 mac addresses and either enter them in manually, or
use the sticky command. The "use bia" allows you to use the burned in
MAC for the router port, rather than the virtual MAC that you
automatically get with HSRP. HTH.
