Hi Larry - There are a number of ways to originate a route in
BGP.....(you'll want to test all these when you get in front of your
lab)....however, study up on them before the lab time....
1. using a network statement.
2. redistribution
3. inject-map
4. aggregate-summary
5. advertise
The last two, being a quite different approach from the first three.
Now, you'll want to dig into the docCD on these items. Have fun in your
research!

Hi group,
I'm drawing blank on this one. There's a way to advertise a network to
a
specific neighbor in BGP. Can someone please give me a little hint and
example please? I don't have access to my rental rack right now.
Larry
