Vinu,

It depends on the location of the HTTP server. If you think that the server
resides on your network, then it should be input. I would ask for
clarification. Based on the language below, I'd match both directions. As
far as I know, POLICE is the only one that you can apply either input or
output. Other methods should be output only. By default, police drops
everything that exceeded the specified value.

I would like to know what others think about this though.
