I found the help section of ACS to be rather good at describing the steps to
do this. Have you tried there? Do you already have the domain defined in
ACS and can see various groups? Do you have the groups mapped to ACS
groups? Once you get all that done then just define the unknown user
policy. There are only a few options so it's not difficult. One other
thing: there is a difference in setting up the interface to AD between the
Windows version of ACS and the appliance. Beware of this.
