Evgeniy,

AFAIK "de-list" works fine with *process-switched* traffic. So it will
mark correctly all the *locally generated packets* (like OSPF)
but all the fast/cef switched traffic is not marked by de-list/group,
unless you disable "route-cache" at input interface
