I'm confused by the AS-PATH understanding. what is the
difference between

ip as-path access-list 1 permit ^60_
and
ip as-path access-list 1 permit _60$

if you look at the BGP table like

   Network Next Hop Metric LocPrf
Weight Path
*> 172.10.16.0/24 172.11.2.6
                            0 200 100 60 i
*> 161.10.17.0/24 172.11.2.6
                            0 200 100 60 i
