Subject: OSPF Stubs?
Friends,
Regarding OSPF - Can you explain to me the various stub types and what they
do, i.e. which ones get a default route, which ones don't? How would
proppgate a default route even if one was not in my own routing table? What
is the significance of the of the ASBR and the ABR regarding stub routing?
Which interfaces should be stub areas, etc. I have used the OSPF design
guide from CCO but do not understand this yet. Can someone make it easier?
Thanks,
Gigi
