Cisco does take things seriously, as they have a whole group of folks
concerned with NDA, cheating and the like.

As for the site below... Well... It's in South Korea, so unless you are
from that area and have some way to hunt the folks down and extract your
hard earned money back when things aren't quite what you expect.... It's
likely better to spend time studying and finding ways to really understand
these things!

Otherwise, as someone famous once said, "Pay your money, take your chances."
