Not required in NBMA

ROUTER C ---- ROUTER A ----- ROUTER B

ROUTER A - HUB
ROUTER B AND C - SPOKES

Let say if ROUTER A was down how would router b connect to router c

Subject: does ospf NBMA's BDR need neighbor statements just like the DR

Hi Group,

in generic nbma, DR in ospf uses neighbor cmd to
specify its neighbors, should we do this on the BDR as
well? best practice?

Any insights on this?

TIA
