That was the "old" (12.1(2)T) way of matching RTP packets :)

it has syntax looking similar to "ip rtp priority" command, that is,
you first specify lower port and then "range" - number of contiguos
ports to match after lower port.

Now, with NBAR you also have option of "match protocol rtp" :)
