Like I said it if you want to get fancy and I said it because in the test
they might want you to unicast out RIP or something without using the
Neighbor command.

I wouldn't use it in the real world because we have the neighbor command,
but it works. Just another idea to have in your arsenal when you are limited
to certain items.

Never heard about nating multicast to a unicast address. But do u see an
example of this sort of thing in real-world ?
