In IE Experts Core Lab 7, Part 4.11 they are asking to mutual re-dist
between R2 and R4 (OSPF and EIGRP being the RP's in question). In
the solutions they are using admin distance to poison out the
loopback route from R6 to 171 to keep the OSPF route from taking over
the D EX route from R6 when it gets back around to R2 (acquired by re-
dist connected in the EIGRP domain)... I've tried this the way they
recommend as well as leaving it alone and it seems like this is
unnecessary. Any thoughts?
