MPPP on serial lines with ISDN Backup

Hello Group,
   
  I am testing the MPPP on dual lease line with ISDN as a backup for one of my Customer. I am able to configure it properly but i am facing some of the problems with it-
   
  - When Multilink kicks in again, it take very long time to be up and ISDN is to be down.
   
  Can anybody help me from the group?
