Dennis have you walked through the initial setup of CRA on the server
after you installed. it? You still have to go into CRA Administration
and designate a user for crs administration. As well as create the
necessary JTAPI and RMJTAPI accounts corresponding to whats in call
manager. I belive the first time you run the setup the user is admin,
and the password is CiscoCisco. That should get you started.

I loaded IPCC on the callmanager server. It installs normally but the CRS sevrice engine will not start. When I attempt to manually start the service, I get the error "Could not start the Cisco CRA engine service on the local computer. The service did not return an error" I must be missing something here. Any help would be appreciated
