Hi George,
The bandwidth depends on which application is producing rtp packets.
If you are using VoIp over Frame relay with a G729 codec
Your codec will need 8K for voice payload, but IP, RTP, UDP and L2 header
must be in account.
With G729 codec on Frame relay you will need
26.4 K without header compression
11.2 K with compressed headers
(20 bytes voice payload + 20 bytes IP header + 12 bytes RTP + 8 byte UDP
header + 6 bytes L2 header)
Voice payload and his Jazz Band I call this.
