You have it working as it should. If you want the connections to initiate
either from the inside or the outside try ip nat inside source network
instead

I just can't get the outside-to-inside to work unless the inside initiates
the connection out. Once the nat entry is in state, then outside can connect
in, but this is independent of the reversible keyword being applied.
Maybe I have the wrong end of the stick with the reversible keyword ! Does
anyone know what it is for??
