No, the later command shouldn't over write the previous, I just tried it in my lab, both command may co-exists, see below
   
  r2#sh route-map
route-map SetCommunity, permit, sequence 10
  Match clauses:
  Set clauses:
    community no-export local-AS
   
  However, I was asking generally, if redunadant command would erase the mark at exam.
