I am guessing its the following, but the router won't take the command:

R4(config-subif)#interface Serial0/0.34 point-to-point
R4(config-subif)#frame-relay interface-dlci 403 ppp virtual-Template 34
R4(config-fr-dlci)#do sh run | b Serial0/0.34 point-to-point
interface Serial0/0.34 point-to-point
 frame-relay interface-dlci 403

R3 takes the config.
