Yes there are a wide variety of nice little 1-hour labs on PEC. The website cited is quite correct.
It is a partner site so if you are affiliated then you make the grade.
Some CCIE Labs won't apply to us yet, like IS-IS and MPLS which there are a few of...
However, there are a about 40-50 labs and this alone is worth the price of admission - Just for RS.
Now there are labs for CCIE Security and labs for Vocie as well as other disciplines...
So don't get heartbroke...
I also watched a video on demand today entitled "What it takes to become a CCIE"
Interesting video, much of it I already knew and better than the speakers...
A Cisco employee who took the lab two years back seemd to think the lab costed $1500.00 or so...
I guess when you get at least 3 free repeats and perhaps more when sponsored the beast just doesn't look that hard anymore...

Overall there are some good labs on core subjects and I suspect it is the smae grading engine that the CCIE Assessor uses...
