I see you may be getting stagefright... Happens to me on practice labs...
1. Depends on the scenario - they may or may not have included it in your requirements - by default it is OFF now. So unless they specifically ask you to turn it on.
2. I would not think so. The labs I have had graded, while not the CCIE Lab itself, are some of the PEC Labs and the infamous CheckIT Labs, and I would have to say probably not - But check with your proctor.
3. Again this one is highly dependent on the lab scenario and if in doubt - the proctor would be your man.
4. You can call or email to verify this.
5. I don't think such a direct question would be answered so directly. However, if you were to ask it, then it would be up to the proctor to guide you. I think any question that shows you have a clue would be fair game... At least I would hope so...
