I don't see how NAT-PT would help.

IPv4 compatible addresses are of the form with the first 96 bits as zero,
then the rest are made by converting the IP address from decimal to hex.
That will give you the IPv6 addresses to configure on each interface. For
example, 10.10.10.1 becomes ::0A0A:0A01 and then you pick a subnet mask.

As each router is directly connected, you should then be able to ping all 4
addresses from either router.
